If we take France as an example of study, France is not at the bottom of the list. Although , it started with a difficult start, it is considered as one of the top countries in online courses in Europe with 1 million users among 2.5 million users in all Europe. E-learning cost 200 million Euros in 2013 in the field of education and 33 % of employees followed online courses in 2013. There are three main actors in e-learning in France which are Maxicours.com , imusicschool and Enaco. Maxicours.com for instance helps schooling online to thousands of learners every year.
